How to cope with bullies? (Part two of "Bullies! Why Do They Exist?!?!")

 

How to cope with bullying?

Hey guys!!! I’m back with part two of “Bullies! Why Do They Exist?!?!” So,lets carry on with the blog!~


Let me tell you some things I did to cope with my situation:

1.      1.  Write in a diary- Writing your feelings in a diary is extremely helpful! It helps you get rid of a lot of stress!

2.      2.  Share your situation with your best friend- Sharing things with someone especially your best friend helps you get some weight off your shoulders!

3.      3.  Listen to your fav music! ( In my case K-pop)- There are many benefits of listening to music and one of them is reducing stress, anxiety and depression! So, listening to music is a big aid!!!

4.      4.  Try something new and innovative!- Trying something new which you gain interest is really helpful!!! For example, drawing singing, learning an instrument, etc.
