How to cope with bullying?
Hey guys!!! I’m back with part two of “Bullies!
Why Do They Exist?!?!” So,lets carry on with the blog!~
Let me tell you some
things I did to cope with my situation:
1. 1. Write in a diary- Writing your feelings in a diary is extremely helpful! It helps you get rid of a lot of stress!

2. Share your situation with your best friend- Sharing
things with someone especially your best friend helps you get some weight off
your shoulders!

3. Listen to your fav music! ( In my case K-pop)-
There are many benefits of listening to music and one of them is reducing
stress, anxiety and depression! So, listening to music is a big aid!!!

4. Try something new and innovative!- Trying
something new which you gain interest is really helpful!!! For example, drawing
singing, learning an instrument, etc.
